What Will Pressure Washing and Soft Wash Clean?

Pressure washing and soft washing will remove organic growth on surfaces such as concrete, stucco, shingle, vinyl siding, brick and more.
Non-organic staining such as rust from sprinklers, oil stains from cars, paint, etc can be cleaned, but it cannot be done with pressure washing alone. This type of cleaning requires the use of specialized chemicals in conjunction with a pressure cleaning.

How Are Your Services Priced?

All services are priced by the square foot, but have a minimum charge for service. Minimum charges vary depending upon the surface being cleaned.
However, all customers over the age of 55 receive a 10% discount on the total service cost, which can be combined with physical coupons. These discounts do apply to the minimum service charge.
